BB Recruitment & Consulting is a specialist agency supporting organisations across the ICT and Education sectors. We are currently partnering with a valued client to recruit an experienced Senior ICT & Digital Systems Specialist to support the delivery, integration, and continuous improvement of digital systems, data platforms, and technology solutions.

This role offers a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on technical support, contributing to improved operational efficiency, data visibility, and informed decision-making across a dynamic organisation.

About the Opportunity

You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing ICT systems, ensuring seamless platform integration, and delivering high-quality reporting and insights. The position involves working closely with internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external vendors to optimise system performance and support organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Systems & Platforms

• Oversee the performance, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ICT systems and digital platforms
• Provide technical advice and recommendations on system enhancements and digital solutions
• Support implementation and optimisation of learning or operational platforms (e.g. LMS or internal systems)
• Ensure effective communication and accessibility of digital resources across teams

Data, Reporting & Integration

• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards (e.g. Power BI)
• Integrate data across multiple systems to ensure consistency and reliability
• Identify data gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Support systems that track performance, engagement, and operational metrics
• Assist in evaluating and implementing new technologies (including AI and automation tools)

Stakeholder Engagement & Support

• Provide high-level reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to improve system adoption and data utilisation
• Support organisational projects through system enhancements and reporting capability
• Deliver both remote and on-site ICT support as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working collaboratively in team environments
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and data/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Experience with system integration, digital platforms, or education-based systems (desirable)

Requirements

• Current Driver’s Licence
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain, where required)
