Aged Care Facility Manager Full Time

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Aged Care Facility Manager for our client’s facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and services.
• Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of the facility.
• Foster a positive and inclusive culture for residents, their families, and staff.
• Ensure the facility maintains accreditation and meets all quality standards.
• Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role within an aged care or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
• Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resources.
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care and improving resident outcomes.
• Ability to navigate complex situations with compassion and professionalism.
