Centre Manager/Director Full Time

We are seeking experienced and passionate Centre Managers to lead high-quality early learning services across multiple locations south of the river in Perth. About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the service’s daily operations, ensuring compliance, quality, and a positive team culture. You will be responsible for driving educational excellence, building strong community connections, and supporting your team to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and the local community
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of staff
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children
• Drive a positive workplace culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement

About You

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Centre Manager or Assistant Centre Manager role
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Services Regulations
• Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Confidence using CCS systems and childcare management software (e.g. Xplor, OWNA or similar)
• Current First Aid, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
