BB Recruitment – Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join a reputable healthcare provider. This opportunity spans aged care, primary care, or medical practice environments, offering variety and the chance to lead high-quality, patient-centred care.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a confident nurse who enjoys supporting teams, improving clinical standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

About the Role

You will lead and support clinical teams, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and support staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.

Working closely with GPs, allied health professionals, and internal teams, you will oversee clinical operations, coordinate care, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong clinical leadership and team support
• Oversee assessments, care planning, and patient outcomes
• Ensure high standards of clinical care and compliance
• Collaborate with GPs, allied health, and external providers
• Monitor clinical performance, audits, and quality indicators
• Support staff training, development, and performance management
• Manage clinical risks, incidents, and complaints effectively
• Contribute to continuous improvement and best practice initiatives

About You

• Registered Nurse with current registration via the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience with leadership exposure
• Experience in aged care, general practice, or community health
• Strong clinical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care

Desirable

• Knowledge of aged care standards and AN-ACC (if working in aged care)
• Experience within general practice or primary care settings
• Understanding of accreditation and quality frameworks
