Dietican – Home Care Full Time Part Time

BB Recruitment Health has a leading client in the home care industry, committed to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals in their homes. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Dietitian to join their team, offering full-time and part-time opportunities across Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored nutritional assessments and plans for home care clients, focusing on their needs.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and carers to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor and adjust care plans based on client progress and medical conditions.
• Educate clients on nutritional guidelines and dietary interventions to manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
• Work alongside other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in line with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
• Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status with Dietitians Australia.
• Previous experience in community health, home care, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transport for home visits.
