We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Role Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist working with our home care clients, you will play a vital role in promoting independence and well-being. You will assess, plan, and implement individualised therapy programs that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients receiving aged care and NDIS support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ functional abilities and care needs.
• Develop and implement tailored care plans and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide education and support to clients, families, and carers regarding therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.
• Monitor and document client progress, updating care plans as needed.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, client-focused care.
• Foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages client participation in daily activities and independence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience in aged care, NDIS, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Compassionate and client-centred approach to care.
