Physiotherapist Casual Full Time Part Time

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to the well-being and rehabilitation of clients receiving at-home care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical conditions in their homes and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall physical function for at-home clients, focusing on independence and safety.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving client needs.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies for maintaining functional independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and support coordinators, to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of clients’ progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in case conferences and contribute to the development of personalized care and support plans.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and motivating environment that encourages clients to reach their rehabilitation and functional goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Experience working with aged care and/or NDIS clients, particularly in a home care setting, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate and organised approach to client care.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
