Podiatrist – Home Care Aged – Community Casual Part Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Podiatrist to provide in-home foot care to our clients. This role requires a passion for improving patient health and mobility, along with the ability to work independently in a home care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive foot assessments and evaluations for patients in their homes.
• Diagnose and treat various podiatric conditions, including foot pain, infections, and skin disorders.
• Provide preventative care, education, and recommendations for foot health maintenance.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure to practice podiatry.
• Experience in home care or a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
