What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the daily operations of a busy general practice or allied health clinic
• Lead and support administrative and clinical support teams
• Manage HR, rosters, billing, compliance, and accreditation processes
• Act as the central point of contact for doctors, staff, and patients
• Ensure operational efficiency and patient satisfaction in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or Healthcare Administrator
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on management style
• Understanding of Medicare billing, private billing, and healthcare compliance
• Familiarity with medical software (e.g., Best Practice, MedicalDirector, or similar)
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and a calm, solutions-focused approach
